Through the destruction process for unserviceable / unsalvageable aircraft parts we ensure that a part declared unfit for flight poses no threat to aviation safety and does no harm to the environment.

Parts dispatch

The parts dispatch process meets EASA Part-145 quality control requirements right up to the moment the shipment is handed over to the carrier. Every part undergoes an inspection during which the packaging and documentation are checked. Our warehouse location next to Vilnius Airport makes it possible to keep parts delivery times to the aprons or airport cargo terminals as short as possible.

Parts receipt and inspection

We take care of goods receipt and inspection – an important stage of the supply chain that verifies the compliance and physical condition of shipments arriving at the warehouse. We process the flow of incoming goods and register it in the Dokdata LogIS warehouse management system

Parts receipt for storage

Parts are received for storage through a process certified to EASA Part-145 requirements. Every consignment of components is inspected, identified and categorised, ensuring full traceability of the parts and compliance with flight safety standards.
